Registration Fee

Please note that the early bird registration rate is available from 20 March to 31 August 2025 at 11.59 pm Kuala Lumpur Time. Complete your registration before the deadline to take advantage of this discounted rate.

The final date for online registration is 15 October 2025 at 11:59 pm Kuala Lumpur Time. All registrations must be completed and paid for online. On-site registration will be available from 28 to 31 October 2025.

Payment

Please note that payment must be made through the UM Event System website. For local representatives from the government agencies, the payment can be made via the Local Purchase Order (LPO).

We are pleased to offer a 10+1 Group Registration Package for both local and international participants. 

Terms & Conditions / Procedure:

• This package allows 1 FREE registration for every 10 paid registrations (i.e. register 11 people but pay for only 10).
• This offer is only applicable to payments made via EFT through the event website.
• All 11 participants must be from the same institution and registered under one transaction to qualify for this offer.
• The free participant must be included in the initial list submitted during group registration and is non-transferable once confirmed.
• Please email the complete list of names (10 paid + 1 free) along with proof of payment to the Secretariat at aprughc2025@um.edu.my after completing the online registrations.

For local representatives from the government agencies, Local Purchase Order (LPO) is also accepted. 

Terms & Conditions / Procedure:

• Please email the Secretariat at aprughc2025@um.edu.my to request payment via LPO.
• The participant’s institution will then submit the Purchase Order (PO) to the Secretariat.
• An official invoice will be issued to the participant(s) upon receipt of the PO.
• Participants are required to provide proof of payment to the Secretariat to complete the registration process.

Kindly note that the conference does not provide support for transportation, accommodation, visa applications, registration fee waivers, or any form of financial assistance. All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements related to travel and participation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for APRU 2025 Global Health Conference

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to aprughc2025@um.edu.my

If an author wishes to withdraw their registration or if a participant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to another individual, the following refund policy will apply:

• Before 60 days prior to the conference (on or before September 11th, 2025): A refund will be issued after deducting the handling fee.
• After September 11th, 2025: No refunds will be provided.

The conference organising committee reserves the right to interpret and explain the abovementioned terms.
